Intellectual Property Protection and License Agreement:

Welcome to L1L & Archie's Fivem Mods! By accessing or purchasing any 3D models or assets from our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Intellectual Property Rights:

All 3D models and assets available on our shop are our intellectual property. These digital assets are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

2. License Agreement:

Upon purchasing a 3D model or asset from our shop, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased item for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms herein. This license does not transfer ownership of the digital asset to you, nor does it grant the right to redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the purchased item without explicit written consent from us.

3. Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to share, distribute, resell, or otherwise transfer the purchased 3D models or assets to any third party without prior written consent from us.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of our digital assets constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.

4. Digital Rights Management (DRM):

 L1L & Archie's Fivem Mods may employ digital rights management (DRM) techniques to protect our digital assets from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution. These measures may include, but are not limited to, watermarking, encryption, or other anti-piracy technologies.

5. Enforcement:

 L1L & Archie's Fivem Mods reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities found to violate this agreement. This may include issuing takedown notices, pursuing legal remedies, and revoking licenses for infringing users.

6. Disclaimer:

While  L1L & Archie's Fivem Mods takes reasonable measures to protect our digital assets, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution. By accessing or purchasing 3D models from me, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital content distribution.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of the UK.

8. Use of Assets on Servers:

You are permitted to use the purchased 3D models or assets on servers, including platforms like FiveM, within the scope of the license agreement. However, this usage is subject to the same terms and conditions outlined herein, including restrictions on redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the digital assets. Any use of the assets on servers must comply with the terms of this agreement and obtain prior written consent from us for any modifications or derivative works.
